How it works

With One with the Multiverse granting you the ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library, you can continuously tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place it back on top, then immediately recast it for free. As you repeat this process, you draw your entire deck, generate infinite draw triggers, and rack up a near-infinite storm count.
