How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0.

This ingenious loop relies on the top-deck manipulation of Sensei's Divining Top to cycle through your entire library. With One with the Multiverse granting you the ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library—and allowing your first spell each turn to be cast for free—you can repeatedly tap the Top to draw a card and send it back to the library, then instantly recast it for zero mana. While Ballad of the Black Flag doesn't directly discount the Top's casting cost of {1}, its presence showcases the historic synergy of the deck while you generate infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
