How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing an additional creature.
2. When the creature dies as an enchantment due to Enchanted Evening, Warehouse Tabby triggers, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
4. Repeat.

This hypnotic loop transforms the entire battlefield into a perpetual-motion machine, powered by Enchanted Evening turning every single permanent into an enchantment. Because of this sweeping enchantment type change, whenever you feed any creature to Altar of Dementia, Warehouse Tabby sees it perish as an enchantment and immediately triggers to replace it with a fresh 1/1 Rat token. You can then feed that very Rat right back into Altar of Dementia to mill your opponent's library away, keeping the cycle spinning endlessly on the backs of your newly spawned rodent horde.
