How it works

  1. Cast Jeska's Will by paying 2R mana.
  2. Extus triggers, returning either Dualcaster Mage or any other nonlegendary creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
  3. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying 1R manaR mana.
  4. Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, targeting Jeska's Will.
  5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, adding CC.
  6. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, creating a copy of Jeska's Will.
  7. Extus triggers, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to your hand.
  8. Resolve the copy of Jeska's Will, adding at least R manaR manaR mana.
  9. Repeat from step 3.
