How it works

1. Cast Unearth by paying , targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying 1.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Unearth.
4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Unearth, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
6. Resolve the Unearth copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop hinges on the clever timing of Dualcaster Mage entering the battlefield and copying the very spell that brought it back. As Dualcaster Mage resolves off the copy of Unearth, it immediately finds its way back to your graveyard after being sacrificed to Ashnod's Altar for a steady stream of colorless mana. Because Unearth's copy targets the newly returned wizard over and over, you can effortlessly generate infinite enters-the-battlefield triggers, sacrifice triggers, and death triggers to fuel whatever victory you need.
