How it works
Cast Second Sunrise by paying its mana cost
Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Second Sunrise.
Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Second Sunrise
Resolve the Second Sunrise copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop relies on recursive spell-copying to continuously reset your graveyard, making Viscera Seer an invaluable engine of perpetual sacrifice. By timing Dualcaster Mage's flash entry to copy Second Sunrise right off the stack, you can instantly sacrifice the Mage to the Seer beforehand to feed the very graveyard that Second Sunrise is about to sweep back onto the battlefield. This self-sustaining cycle lets you dig through your entire deck with endless scrys while generating limitless creature triggers for whatever payoff you need in Commander, Legacy, Oathbreaker, or Vintage.
