How it works

1. Cast Incarnation Technique by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Incarnation Technique.
4. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Incarnation Technique, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage
6. Resolve the Incarnation Technique copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop sets up an infinite recursion by leveraging Incarnation Technique's ability to pull creatures directly from the graveyard. When you cast Incarnation Technique, you respond by flashing in Dualcaster Mage, whose trigger targets the original spell. Before the copy resolves, you feed Dualcaster Mage to Bartolomé del Presidio's sacrifice ability to put a +1/+1 counter on him. The copied Incarnation Technique then resolves, pulling Dualcaster Mage right back out of the graveyard to start the cycle anew, letting you repeat the process endlessly for infinite death triggers and self-mill.
