How it works

1. Cast Moment of Reckoning by paying its mana cost
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Moment of Reckoning.
4. Holding priority, activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Moment of Reckoning
6. Resolve the Moment of Reckoning copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This wicked loop turns a single spell cast into a devastating engine of destruction and recursion, fueled by Moment of Reckoning to orchestrate the entire sequence. When you drop Dualcaster Mage onto the stack, its enter-the-battlefield ability targets your original spell, but you immediately intercept it by letting Bartolomé del Presidio sacrifice the Mage to grow his own power with +1/+1 counters. Because the copied spell resolves to pull Dualcaster Mage right back out of your graveyard and onto the battlefield, the Mage triggers all over again to keep the loop going indefinitely—wiping away every nonland permanent in sight while racking up infinite sacrifices and entries.
