How it works

1. Cast Corpse Dance by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Corpse Dance.
4. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Corpse Dance, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage
6. Resolve the Corpse Dance copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop sets up an infinite engine by leveraging Corpse Dance to repeatedly resurrect Dualcaster Mage, whose flash and entry trigger allow it to constantly copy the very spell that brought it back. Meanwhile, Shilgengar, Sire of Famine provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to keep the chain moving, converting your continually re-entering mage into an endless stream of Blood tokens. Because Corpse Dance uses buyback, you can maintain the spell in hand while cycling your creatures through the graveyard, generating infinite sacrifice, death, and entry triggers to overwhelm your opponents.
