Cast Croaking Counterpart by paying its mana cost, targeting a creature you control.
Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying 1.
When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Croaking Counterpart, targeting Dualcaster Mage.
Resolve the copy of Croaking Counterpart, creating a token copy of Dualcaster Mage that is a 1/1 Frog.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop starts by casting Croaking Counterpart to set the stage, then immediately seizing priority to drop Dualcaster Mage into the fray. As Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the original Croaking Counterpart on the stack, generating a token copy of the Mage itself. Because that new token is also entering the battlefield, it triggers in turn to copy Croaking Counterpart all over again, creating an endless, self-sustaining loop of spell copies and froggy Mages.
