How it works
- Cast Breach the Multiverse by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
- Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
- When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Breach the Multiverse.
- Holding priority, activate Yahenni by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
- Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Breach the Multiverse, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage
- Resolve the Breach the Multiverse copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 3.
This brilliantly cyclical loop relies on casting Breach the Multiverse to mill libraries and set up your graveyard, laying the groundwork for an explosive chain. When you cast Dualcaster Mage flash-speed into the mix, its enter-the-battlefield trigger copies the original sorcery, allowing you to continually recycle the mage back from the dead. Meanwhile, Yahenni, Undying Partisan acts as both the sacrificial outlet to keep the loop going and a growing threat that feeds on the endless wave of creature deaths. By looping these spells and triggers, you ultimately mill out the table and steal every single creature from all libraries straight onto your own side of the battlefield.
