How it works
- Cast Breach the Multiverse by paying its mana cost, targeting any applicable target.
- Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
- When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Breach the Multiverse.
- Holding priority, activate Thermopod by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
- Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Breach the Multiverse, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage
- Resolve the Breach the Multiverse copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop begins by casting Breach the Multiverse to rip threats from graveyards while filling them up, but the true engine ignites when you flash in Dualcaster Mage to copy the spell on the stack. By sacrificing Dualcaster Mage to Thermopod's mana ability, you feed your mana pool while sending the Mage right back to the graveyard, perfectly positioned to be reanimated by the very copy it just created. Because the resolving copy of Breach the Multiverse brings Dualcaster Mage straight back to the battlefield, it triggers all over again to copy the original spell, sustaining an infinite cycle that leaves you with endless red mana, infinite death triggers, and every single creature from all libraries under your control.
