How it works

1. Cast Unearth by paying , targeting any applicable target.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying 1.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, targeting Unearth.
4. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
5. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Unearth, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
6. Resolve the Unearth copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop turns graveyard recursion into a self-sustaining engine by using Phantom Train as a reusable sacrifice outlet to repeatedly feed Dualcaster Mage back into the graveyard. Once Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, its triggered ability targets the Unearth you initially cast, copying it to constantly haul the Mage right back from the dead. Meanwhile, Phantom Train grows larger with every single iteration by consuming the Mage as fuel, letting you amass infinite +1/+1 counters alongside an endless stream of artifact and creature sacrifices.
