How it works

1. Cast Ascend from Avernus by paying 3
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it and Blasting Station trigger, with Dualcaster Mage targeting Ascend from Avernus.
4. Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
5. Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
6. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Ascend from Avernus
7. Resolve the Ascend from Avernus copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop transforms a massive graveyard recovery spell into a lethal artillery strike by leveraging Dualcaster Mage and Blasting Station together. When you cast Ascend from Avernus and respond by bringing in Dualcaster Mage, its entry triggers to copy the original spell while Blasting Station stands ready to untap from the creature's arrival. By sacrificing Dualcaster Mage to Blasting Station to deal damage, you can then let the copy of Ascend from Avernus resolve to pull Dualcaster Mage right back out of your graveyard. This cycle repeats indefinitely, letting you recast and recur the Mage to continuously trigger Blasting Station for infinite damage and sacrifice loops.
