How it works

1. Cast Release to the Wind by paying 2
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Release to the Wind, targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. Resolve the Release to the Wind copy, exiling Dualcaster Mage
5. Cast Dualcaster Mage from exile without paying its mana cost.
6. Repeat from step 3.
