How it works

1. Cast Fated Infatuation by paying its mana cost, targeting a creature you control.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying 1.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Fated Infatuation, targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. Resolve the copy of Fated Infatuation, creating a token copy of Dualcaster Mage.
5. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop sets up an infinite magical echo chamber by exploiting Dualcaster Mage's clever entry trigger. When you cast Fated Infatuation during your turn, dropping Dualcaster Mage in response allows its ETB ability to copy the spell, targeting the Mage itself. The resulting token copy of Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield and repeats the entire process, letting you instantly flood the board with an endless army of Wizards while repeatedly scouring the top of your library with the original spell's scry 2 effect.
