How it works

1. Cast Vincent's Limit Break by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Vincent's Limit Break, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. Resolve the copy of Vincent's Limit Break.
5. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
6. When Dualcaster Mage dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Altar of Dementia abilities from step 5.

This dazzling loop begins by casting Vincent's Limit Break and responding with Dualcaster Mage, whose entry trigger targets the spell to copy it right back onto the Mage itself. Because Vincent's Limit Break grants a persistent revival trigger upon death—choosing any of its stat tiers to fuel the loop—sacrificing the Mage to Altar of Dementia sends it straight to the graveyard only to immediately return to the battlefield. This continuous cycle of rebirth creates an endless loop of enters-the-battlefield and death triggers that feed Altar of Dementia's sacrifice ability to mill any opponent completely out of cards.
