How it works

1. Cast Supernatural Stamina by paying its mana cost.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Supernatural Stamina, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. Resolve the copy of Supernatural Stamina.
5. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
6. When Dualcaster Mage dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat from step 3.
8. Resolve all Shilgengar abilities from step 5.

This loop relies on Shilgengar, Sire of Famine acting as the sacrificial engine that converts your creatures into Blood tokens while seeding your graveyard with options to bring back later. You kick things off by casting Supernatural Stamina to target a future threat, then flash in Dualcaster Mage whose entry trigger targets that very spell with a copy. As Dualcaster Mage enters and dies on repeat by feeding the Sire's altar, the temporary resurrection effect from Supernatural Stamina continuously brings the Mage right back to the battlefield to copy the spell over and over again.
