How it works
- Cast Urza's Bauble by paying its mana cost.
- Teshar triggers, returning Scrap Trawler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Activate Urza's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it.
- Activate Extruder by sacrificing Scrap Trawler.
- When Scrap Trawler dies, it triggers, returning Urza's Bauble from your graveyard to your hand.
- Resolve the Extruder ability.
- Repeat.
This loop relies on Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle and Scrap Trawler working together as a recursive engine to recycle cheap artifacts indefinitely. Every time you cast the zero-mana Urza's Bauble, Teshar triggers to pull Scrap Trawler back from the graveyard, and sacrificing Scrap Trawler to Extruder then triggers Scrap Trawler's own ability to return Urza's Bauble right back to your hand. Extruder acts as the crucial sacrifice outlet that fuels the whole loop while growing your creatures with +1/+1 counters.
