How it works
- Cast Technomancer by paying 5.
- When Technomancer enters, it triggers, causing you to mill three cards and return Synth Infiltrator from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- When Synth Infiltrator enters, it triggers. Holding priority, activate Extruder by sacrificing Synth Infiltrator.
- Resolve the Synth Infiltrator trigger, causing you to mill three cards and return Synth Infiltrator from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Technomancer.
- Repeat from step 3.
