How it works

1. Play Boros Garrison.
2. When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it, Springheart Nantuko, and Kodama of the East Tree trigger.
3. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Resolve the Springheart Nantuko trigger, creating a token.
6. When the token enters the battlefield, Kodama triggers, putting Boros Garrison from your hand onto the battlefield.
7. When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it and Springheart Nantuko trigger.
8. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop spins entirely around Kodama of the East Tree, whose trigger watches every permanent entering your side of the battlefield and rewards you with a free drop from your hand of equal or lesser mana value. By bestowing Springheart Nantuko onto a creature, you turn every land drop into a fresh creature token via its landfall ability. When that token materializes, Kodama of the East Tree sees the new arrival and immediately drops Boros Garrison right back into play from your hand. Boros Garrison's own enters-the-battlefield trigger then forces you to bounce it right back to your hand, resetting the loop and fueling an endless cascade of creature tokens and landfall triggers.
