How it works

1. Cast Jeweled Lotus either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 0
2. Showdown of the Skalds triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
3. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it.
4. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns your commander's best friend, Jeweled Lotus, into a renewable source of colored mana by leveraging the top-deck manipulation of Magus of the Future. With Magus of the Future allowing you to play the Lotus directly from the top of your library, you can repeatedly sacrifice it for three mana of any one color to cast it again. To keep the engine running, Arcbound Reclaimer steps in to recycle the sacrificed artifact back to the top of your library, fueled by the very +1/+1 counters that Showdown of the Skalds graciously bestows upon it whenever you cast a spell.
