How it works

1. Activate Jeweled Lotus by tapping and sacrificing it.
2. Ich-Tekik's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and each Golem you control.
3. Activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting Jeweled Lotus from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Cast Jeweled Lotus from the top of your library by paying 0.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms your commander zone into a permanent engine by leveraging the modular ability of Arcbound Reclaimer to recycle used artifacts back to your library. When you crack Jeweled Lotus for mana to cast your commander, its sacrifice sends it straight to the graveyard, which triggers Ich-Tekik, Salvage Splicer to grow itself and your Golems with fresh +1/+1 counters. Arcbound Reclaimer can then spend one of those newly minted counters to place the Jeweled Lotus right back on top of your library. Finally, Experimental Frenzy bypasses normal hand restrictions, allowing you to seamlessly replay the Jeweled Lotus from the top of your library for free to repeat the entire cycle.
