How it works

1. Activate Saheeli Rai's -2 loyalty ability turning an artifact you control into an artifact creature copy of Magda.
2. Put the original Magda in the graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Clock of Omens and Magda, targeting Magda.
4. Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token.
5. Resolve the Clock of Omens ability, untapping Magda.
6. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping a Treasure token and Magda, targeting Magda.
7. Repeat from step 4 any number of times.
8. Activate Magda's last ability any number of times by sacrificing any number of Treasures.

This ingenious loop relies on turning a copied artifact into a duplicate of Magda, Brazen Outlaw using Saheeli, Sublime Artificer's minus ability so you bypass the legend rule while doubling up on your Dwarf-tapping synergies. Once you have your copy of Magda, Brazen Outlaw on the field, Clock of Omens acts as the ultimate engine: you tap the Clock alongside your copy of Magda, Brazen Outlaw to untap that very same copy, which triggers Magda's ability to manufacture a fresh Treasure token. From there, you can feed that newly minted Treasure right back into Clock of Omens to keep the untap chain spinning infinitely. This generates an endless sea of artifacts and tapped Treasures, letting you sacrifice the bounty to tutor every single artifact and any Dragon card straight out of your library.
