How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Leyline of Transformation, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This mesmerizing transmutation rests upon Leyline of Transformation, which re-weaves the very nature of your entire army by declaring every creature you control to be a Dwarf. Because of this sweeping type-change, tapping your creatures to tap-activate Song of Freyalise for mana causes Magda, Brazen Outlaw to trigger continuously. Each of those taps is supercharged by Stridehangar Automaton, which turns every single Treasure token created into a cascade of both Treasures and 1/1 Thopter artifact creature tokens. Samut, Voice of Dissent neatly closes the loop by using her untap ability to free up your creatures, allowing you to feed this engine endlessly until you can sacrifice your massive hoard of Treasures to fetch whatever artifacts and Dragons your heart desires.
