How it works

1. Cast Welding Jar by paying its mana cost.
2. Teshar triggers, returning Scrap Trawler from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. Activate Welding Jar by sacrificing it.
4. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Scrap Trawler.
5. When Scrap Trawler dies, it triggers, returning Welding Jar from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
7. Repeat.

By casting Welding Jar, you trigger Teshar to bring back Scrap Trawler, which quietly watches your other artifacts hit the graveyard and recycles cheaper ones back to your hand. When you sacrifice Welding Jar to regenerate an artifact, you can then use Umbral Collar Zealot to sacrifice Scrap Trawler, triggering the Trawler to pull the Welding Jar right back to your hand while the Zealot lets you surveil through your library.
