How it works

1. Cast Welding Jar by paying its mana cost.
2. When Welding Jar enters, Builder's Talent's second ability triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Welding Jar by sacrificing it.
4. Resolve the Builder's Talent trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness.
5. Evolution Witness triggers, returning Welding Jar from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming artifacts and enchantments on your board into an engine of endless recurrence. By casting Welding Jar and sacrificing it in response to the trigger from Builder's Talent's second level, you ensure that the resulting +1/+1 counter lands on Evolution Witness.
