How it works

1. Activate Solarion by tapping it, doubling the number of +1/+1 counters on it.
2. Activate Resourceful Defense by paying 4, moving five +1/+1 counters from Solarion onto Sage of Hours.
3. Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one.
4. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop takes advantage of exponential growth to secure infinite turns by cycling counters back and forth. You begin by tapping Solarion to double its accumulated +1/+1 counters, building up a massive reserve fueled by its sunburst ability. Once the count is high enough, you use the second activated ability of Resourceful Defense to slide five of those counters over to Sage of Hours. Finally, you cash in those counters with Sage of Hours' ability to take an extra turn, repeating the process anew each turn to lock down the game.
