How it works

1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 3, blinking Sage of Hours and causing it to enter the battlefield with five or more +1/+1 counters on it due to Master Biomancer.
2. Activate Sage of Hours by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one.
3. Repeat each turn.

This intricate loop achieves infinite turns by repeatedly cycling Sage of Hours in and out of exile with Emiel the Blessed's ability. Because Master Biomancer bestows enough baseline power to ensure Sage of Hours enters the battlefield with at least five +1/+1 counters each time, you immediately cash them in for an extra turn. Emiel the Blessed's triggered ability can even help bridge the counter count if needed, ensuring the Sage is always ready to harvest another extra turn as soon as the dust settles.
