How it works

1. Cast Strength of Will by paying 1, targeting Triskelion.
2. Activate Triskelion by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, dealing 1 damage to it.
3. Triskelion triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it due to Conclave Mentor.
4. Activate Triskelion by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, dealing 1 damage to any target.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Triskelion into an infinite damage machine by abusing its own self-targeting ability, turning every ping into a net gain. It all works because Strength of Will grants the mechanical engine to survive its own damage while rewarding it with extra counters, a process amplified by Conclave Mentor's replacement effect to ensure you actually generate a surplus of counters with every iteration. By redirecting the final activation to any target once your growth is secured, you effortlessly translate this perpetual motion into infinite damage.
