How it works

1. Cast Strength of Will by paying 1, targeting Triskelion.
2. Activate Triskelion by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, dealing 1 damage to it.
3. Triskelion triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it due to Benevolent Hydra.
4. Activate Triskelion by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, dealing 1 damage to any target.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop turns Triskelion's self-inflicted damage into a net gain by utilizing Strength of Will to temporarily grant it indestructible and a triggered ability whenever it takes damage. The interaction is supercharged by Benevolent Hydra, whose replacement effect turns the single counter usually generated by taking damage into a surplus, netting an extra counter with every cycle. This allows you to infinitely scale Triskelion while using its remaining activations to direct endless damage at any target you desire.
