How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Skyfire Phoenix, adding .
2. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 0 plus commander tax, if applicable.
3. Skyfire Phoenix triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard.
4. When Skyfire Phoenix enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Miara to your hand from the battlefield.
5. When Rograkh enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Skyfire Phoenix, adding 1.
7. Cast Miara by paying 1.
8. Skyfire Phoenix triggers, returning itself to the battlefield from your graveyard.
9. When Skyfire Phoenix enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Rograkh to your hand from the battlefield.
10. When Miara enters the battlefield, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
