How it works

1. Cast Devoted Grafkeeper from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield as Departed Soulkeeper.
2. Oketra's Monument triggers, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Warrior and Departed Soulkeeper, adding .
4. Departed Soulkeeper is not exiled due to Dress Down removing its ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Dress Down as a vital enabler, stripping away Departed Soulkeeper's replacement effect that would normally exile it when put into a graveyard from anywhere. With that restriction safely turned off, you can repeatedly cast Devoted Grafkeeper from your graveyard for its disturb cost, a process made cheaper by Oketra's Monument reducing white creature spell costs. Each time it enters, Oketra's Monument rewards you with a 1/1 Warrior token, giving you fodder alongside the back side of the Grafkeeper to sacrifice to Phyrexian Altar for the mana needed to keep casting it.
