How it works

1. At the beginning of your precombat main phase, The Mirari Conjecture triggers, putting a lore counter on it, and then causing you to copy any instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn and sacrifice The Mirari Conjecture.
2. Cast Flicker by paying 1, targeting Mystic Sanctuary.
3. The Mirari Conjecture triggers, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
4. Resolve the copy of Flicker, blinking Quintorius Kand.
5. Resolve the original Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary.
6. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting Flicker on top of your library from your graveyard.
7. Activate Quintorius Kand's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, causing you to exile Flicker from the top of your library and cast it without paying its mana cost, targeting Mystic Sanctuary.
8. Quintorius Kand and The Mirari Conjecture trigger.
9. Resolve the Quintorius Kand trigger, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life.
10. Resolve the The Mirari Conjecture trigger, copying Flicker targeting Quintorius Kand.
11. Repeat from step 4.

This clever loop leverages The Mirari Conjecture's third-chapter ability to copy instant and sorcery spells, doubling your spells right when you need them. By using Flicker to blink Mystic Sanctuary, you reliably recycle that same Flicker card from your graveyard right back to the top of your library. From there, Quintorius Kand's minus ability lets you discover and cast Flicker straight from exile for free, which continuously triggers Quintorius Kand's damage and life-drain ability to close out the game.
