How it works

  1. Activate Cogwork Assembler by paying 7, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary artifact with mana value eight or greater.
  2. Activate Slobad by tapping it and sacrificing the artifact creature token, adding at least eight R mana that can only be spent to activate abilities of artifacts or to cast artifact spells.
  3. The artifact creature token dies, triggering Dross Scorpion, untapping Slobad.
  4. Repeat.
