How it works

  1. Activate Cogwork Assembler by paying 7, creating a token copy of Infinite Guideline Station that is a 1/1 Soldier.
  2. Put the Infinite Guideline Station token into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  3. When the Infinite Guideline Station token enters, it triggers, creating a tapped 2/2 Robot artifact creature token for each multicolored permanent you control.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar four times by sacrificing four Robots, adding eight C.
  5. Repeat.
