How it works
- Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
- Activate Cogwork Assembler by paying 7, creating two token copies of Chromatic Orrery.
- Activate the Chromatic Orrery tokens' first abilities by tapping them, adding 10.
- Repeat from step 2.
- Once you have infinite mana, you may instead tap the Chromatic Orrery tokens to draw infinite cards, or target any artifact(s) using Cogwork Assembler's ability.
This delightful engine starts with Chromatic Orrery generating a massive pool of five colorless mana while simultaneously allowing you to spend it as though it were any color. To make this self-sustaining, Cogwork Assembler steps in to copy that very same Chromatic Orrery, feeding the loop with even more mana than it costs to activate. Meanwhile, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters ensures that every activation doubles your token output, turning a single copy into a pair of Orrerys that generate even more explosive returns. Finally, Mirror Gallery removes the legend rule entirely, allowing your expanding collection of legendary Orrery copies to safely coexist on the battlefield without being sent to the graveyard.
