How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding CC.
2. When Eternal Scourge dies as a Vampire due to Conspiracy, Timothar triggers, causing you to pay 1 and exile Eternal Scourge to create a 1/1 Bat creature token.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Bat, adding CC.
4. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying 3.
5. Repeat.

This loop ingeniously bypasses the usual permanence of death by turning a stateless exile creature into a recursive engine, entirely orchestrated by Conspiracy reshaping your entire deck and battlefield to treat all your creatures as Vampires. With that creature type blanket active, whenever Ashnod's Altar feeds on Eternal Scourge for mana, Timothar, Baron of Bats triggers to intercept the dying creature into exile and spin up a 1/1 Bat token. Because Eternal Scourge bears the unique property allowing you to cast it directly from exile, you can continually redeploy it using the mana generated from sacrificing both the Scourge and its Bat token to Ashnod's Altar, fueling an endless cascade of sacrificial triggers.
