How it works

1. Attack with Ilharg.
2. Ilharg's attack trigger triggers, putting Wormfang Manta onto the battlefield tapped and attacking.
3. At the beginning of your end step, Wormfang Manta is returned to your hand.
4. This triggers its LTB, granting you an extra turn after this one.
5. Repeat for infinite turns.

This clever loop harnesses the devastating potential of Wormfang Manta without ever suffering its downside, thanks to Tocatli Honor Guard completely suppressing its enters-the-battlefield trigger that would normally cause you to skip your turn. Instead, when you declare attacks with Ilharg, the Raze-Boar, its triggered ability sneaks the Manta directly into play tapped and attacking. As the turn winds down, Ilharg's delayed trigger returns the Manta safely to your hand during the end step, which finally allows its leaves-the-battlefield trigger to resolve and grant you an extra turn.
