How it works

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Ilharg.
  2. When Ilharg dies, it triggers, putting itself from your graveyard into your library.
  3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill cards equal to Ilharg's power, which will cause you to mill Ilharg.
  4. As Ilharg is a Lhurgoyf due to Conspiracy, Disa's first ability triggers, returning Ilharg from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
