How it works

1. Give an opponent's creature indestructible, if needed.
2. Activate Ghirapur Aether Grid by tapping two artifacts you control, dealing 1 damage to an indestructible creature an opponent controls.
3. If the creature has less than 0 toughness, Magmatic Galleon's second ability triggers, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By repeatedly targeting an indestructible opponent's creature with Ghirapur Aether Grid, you deal damage that exceeds its remaining toughness, thereby triggering Magmatic Galleon’s excess damage clause to continually spin up fresh Treasure tokens. This engine is supercharged by Mondrak, Glory Dominus, whose replacement effect doubles the incoming Treasure production so that each activation yields a surplus of artifacts. Because Ghirapur Aether Grid only requires you to tap two untapped artifacts to fire its ping, you can comfortably feed the grid a portion of the newly minted Treasures, keeping the loop perpetually self-sustaining.
