How it works

1. Activate Siren of the Silent Song by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Pemmin's Aura by paying , untapping Siren of the Silent Song.
3. Siren of the Silent Song triggers, causing each opponent to discard a card and mill a card.
4. Repeat.

By enchanting Siren of the Silent Song with Utopia Vow, you transform it into a mana producer that can tap itself to yield any color of mana without needing to attack or block. You then grant the Siren the ability to untap at will by attaching Pemmin's Aura, which uses the mana generated by the Vow to fuel its own untap activation cost. Each time Pemmin's Aura untaps the Siren, its inspired ability triggers, forcing your opponents to repeatedly discard and mill until their libraries are completely gone.
