How it works

1. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing it and four other nontoken artifacts except Codex Shredder, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. If Open the Vaults is in your graveyard, activate Codex Shredder's second ability by paying 5, tapping and sacrificing it, returning Open the Vaults from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Cast Open the Vaults by paying 4, returning all artifact and enchantment cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under their owner's control.
4. Repeat each turn.
