Time Sieve

How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Tivit.
2. Tivit triggers, causing you to create at least five in any combination of Clue and/or Treasure artifact tokens.
3. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing five other artifacts, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Repeat each turn until you have two or less opponents remaining.

This elegant loop lets you take near-infinite turns and lock out your opponents by leveraging Tivit, Seller of Secrets's council's dilemma ability to fuel Time Sieve. Every time Tivit enters the battlefield or connects in combat, his voting mechanic reliably churns out a total of five artifacts—split however you choose between Clues and Treasures—which immediately satisfies the exact sacrifice cost required to activate Time Sieve. Because Time Sieve grants you an extra turn, you can simply untap, send Tivit right back into the red zone, and repeat the process indefinitely until the table is cleared.
