How it works

1. Activate Daretti's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, creating a 1/1 Construct artifact creature token.
2. At the beginning of your end step, Teleportation Circle triggers, blinking Myr Battlesphere.
3. When Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
4. Activate Time Sieve by tapping it and sacrificing the Myrs and Construct, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Repeat each turn.

This intricate setup chains together artifact production and recursive blinking to fuel an endless sequence of extra turns. During your end step, Teleportation Circle continuously resets Myr Battlesphere to flood your board with fresh Myr artifact creature tokens, a supply nicely supplemented by the tokens from Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast's first ability. Once you've accumulated enough sacrificial fodder, Time Sieve cashes in those five artifacts to hand you an extra turn, allowing you to repeat the entire process indefinitely.
