How it works

1. Activate Ghave by paying 1 and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a creature token and a Food token due to Peregrin Took.
2. Rosie Cotton triggers twice, putting a +1/+1 counter on Ghave and another +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
3. Activate the Food by tapping it, adding .
4. Repeat.

This loop transforms the synergy between Ghave, Guru of Spores and Peregrin Took into an engine of exponential growth. Whenever Ghave spends a counter to create a Saproling token, Peregrin Took intercepts the creation to also spit out an extra Food token, all while Rosie Cotton of South Lane triggers off every single token entering to continuously pile +1/+1 counters back onto your creatures. Meanwhile, Jaheira, Friend of the Forest ensures that every one of those newly minted Food tokens pulls double duty by tapping for green mana to fuel Ghave's ability over and over again.
