Because Primal Vigor doubles every token created, each activation yields two Insects instead of one, which together produce enough mana to fund the next Queen activation with mana to spare. Even though Kratos, God of War isn't directly fueling the mana math here, his presence keeps the battlefield blistering with haste and pressure while you execute the loop.
