How it works

1. Activate Spawning Pit's second ability by paying 1 and removing two charge counters from it, creating two creature tokens
2. Activate the tokens by tapping them, adding .
3. Activate Spawning Pit's first ability twice by sacrificing the tokens, putting two charge counters on Spawning Pit.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop starts with Spawning Pit producing a pair of creature tokens for a single mana, which Quina, Qu Gourmet amplifies by tossing in an extra Frog creature token every time tokens are made. Thanks to Jaheira, Friend of the Forest, those newly minted tokens instantly gain the ability to tap for green mana, effortlessly refunding the cost to keep the engine running. Cyclops of Eternal Fury rounds out the table by granting haste, ensuring everything is ready to act the moment it hits the battlefield.
