How it works

1. At the beginning of your end step, Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm triggers.
2. In response, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm's triggered ability.
3. Resolve the copied ability, milling four cards and returning up to two Rat creature cards from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Activate Mind Over Matter twice by discarding two Rat creature cards, untapping a land and The Peregrine Dynamo.
5. Activate that land by tapping it to add 1.
6. Repeat from step 2.
