How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Reassembling Skeleton.
2. When Reassembling Skeleton dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
4. Activate the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
5. Activate Reassembling Skeleton by paying 1, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the humble act of recursion into an explosive engine by supercharging your death triggers with The Masamune. When Phantom Train consumes Reassembling Skeleton as a sacrifice, Pitiless Plunderer's dying breath would normally net you just a single token, but The Masamune's equipped static ability doubles the trigger to yield two Treasures instead. Cashed in for mana, those Treasures easily fund Reassembling Skeleton's own ability to shamble right back out of the graveyard and onto the battlefield, ready to be fed to the Phantom Train all over again.
